- New "Enter registration code" dialog is intended to manually enter or re-enter registration code.

- It is ability to maintain name aliases for each product for better registration orders detection.

New left vertical switch panel looks like MS Outlook panel.
SVA uses new form filling paradigm. Hope it will support better for PHP, ASP and dynamically created forms.
SVA is able to detect registration orders from clipboard.
SVA has built-in SMTP direct mailer. It eliminates any troubles with MAPI implementations with wide range of E-mail clients.
Now all macros in the auto-forms tab are separated by categories for better navigation.
All macros have icons for filled and empty macro indication.
Most macros can be changed directly from auto-form using "Change value" command in the popup menu on macros grid.
Off-line mode is implemented for embedded browser. Now SVA can decrease your net traffic. To do this: 1) click button at right bottom corner in auto-forms tab to go off-line; 2) full out many as forms as you have in Internet Explorer cache; 3) go on-line and submit filled out forms. TPA PAD extension support ( www.trialware.org) is implemented.
"Human readable (like a PadGen)" option for PAD files generation.
New field in site properties: "Submit E-mail". This file will be used when you specify different E-mail for automatic submission purposes. In this case, "Contact E-mail" will be used only for manual postings through your default E-mail client (using globe icon on right corner of "Contact E-mail".). Otherwise, "Contact E-mail" will be used for automatic postings. Clicking on checkbox near label "Submit E-mail" forces using submit E-mail instead of Contact E-mail when it is possible.
"Product/Version/Description/Regorder/MailTemplate" examples and 30 most used software sites are included into startup database for learning purposes.
"Windows XP" has been added to OS's list.
Sort in grids by clicking on column headers (optional) is implemented.
"Additional URL 1" and "Additional URL 2" from "Multilanguage description" dialog is available through macros "alt1URL" and "alt2URL" now in auto-forms.

V2.50 - August 4, 2001
PAD import feature. Now you can import your exists PAD file directly into your SVA database. This feature gives you quick and easy way to start with SVA in five minutes by importing your existing PADs. In addition, it is a useful way for exchanging product definitions between SVA databases.
Plug-in interface was created for detection and extraction registration orders from inbox automatically. ShareIt, Regsoft, Esellerate, Regnow is supported now.
Now site collection is organized by category defined by you. It is very helpful for big site collections.
Outbox is created now as centralized folder for storing all mail messages before posting. You may preview messages list, hold/unhold messages and delete messages before invoking your E-mail client.
Registration items and customer items were incorporated into "Registration orders" items. It is closer to shareware ideology.
New submission/orders browser looks like a Windows Explorer. Left panel represents a tree of your products/versions/descriptions. Right panel displays submission items and registration orders according to selected item in left tree.
New fields in registration orders: RegName, License, Invited (useful for invited only customers or potential customers).
Registration orders is displayed using these color scheme: Blocked: red, Expired: purple, Invited: gray.
Default personal signature for mail messages is editable in global preferences.
AutoWrap message text as specified position when post E-mail. It is useful for TheBat E-mail client and some other.
Changes in color scheme in grids: now selected rows are displayed using light blue color, not bold font.

Now SVA can post email instead you using templates with macros! Just define template for site or customer, select needed sites (customers) and post as many personalized messages, as you want. This is very useful for notifying customers about any events; posting press releases for many sites, submit product to sites without on-line forms and more.
Macro syntax was improved. See documentation for details.
SVA manual was revised. Now it converted into more usable HtmlHelp format. "Submission life cycle" article added into manual.
Contact info for site now is separated to fields: "FirstName", "LastName", "ContactEmail".
New customer fields: "Company", "State/Prov", "Zip/Postal code".
Completed: copying to clipboard macros value when you unable to drop macros to field (optional).
Using English macros when you submit product to non-English site and you hasn't filled description for this language.
New macro: "MailTo" for customers and sites. For example: "John Smith <john@smith.com>". This macro is useful for mail lists export.
Notification message when you do not specify needed description data in national description dialog. (Was added to FAQ).
When you uninstall SVA, data file (*.xml) will not delete. In addition, if you decide to install product again, this file will used.
Build information now display in about dialog. This is helpful feature for supporting betas. In addition, "Help/Bug reporting" command will write build information into bug report letter automatically.
It is detailed exceptions logging such as "Exception XXXXX in aAbout.pas, line XXXX". This is very helpful for our support service. Please, attach file "sva.err" into your bug reports.
When you select customer(s) to post message for product(s) all customers had been selected.

Now auto-fill forms editor is included in site properties as page sheet.
"Customize grid..." feature is done. You may customize any grid by selecting any set of fields in any order to display and to sort in each grid. This works like views in Outlook 2000.
"Export data..." feature is done. Now you may export any set of fields in any order to external text file directly from grids.
New properties for auto-forms: "Default for new submission" and "Default for submission open". This flags helps you to open needed auto-forms automatically when you add new submission item or open exists item to check.
"PAD generation" dialog. This dialog is intended to customize PAD generation process. It has some options to tune generation: "Encoding", "Non-English description to include", "Check file sizes before
generation".
Now you can select multiple sites by pressing SPACE in "Select submit site" dialog and SVA will start as many auto-submit windows as you select. This feature saves much time when you start mass submit process.
"/CLEARDESKTOP" command line parameter can help you to repair your desktop definitions after manual SVA.XML editing.
KillGarbage now search and delete orphaned registrations items and versions items.
Bug fixed: When you restore site collection, SVA was created dupes in some cases.
Bug fixed: PAD generation: "General Email" field was not property assigned.

You personal login information will prevent to erase when you upgrade your sites collection.

Bug fixed: In rare cases, error was fire when you submit new version into site

Documentation now presented in online help format. We opened for any critics and suggestions about documentation quality and content. Now documentation is in beta stage and not all topics are completed.
Now all SVA windows are redesigned to standard MDI interface style.
All notification messages now moved from popup message boxes to special "Events" window. Much type of events has links to objects.
Now user can click at column header in data grid to sort data by selected column. Many, but not all columns are available to sort!
All windows positions, state and sort modes will be saved on exit in sva.xml to later use.
If you close SVA when child windows are opened, all child windows (except auto-forms) will be reopened in next start.
All site flags is available to use in "Export to HTML" templates. Template editors now contain drop-down lists with all macro lists to quick insert.
Now SVA's taskbar is more similar to Windows' taskbar and contains all windows list. When you minimize MDI window, it will be hidden and can be reactivated by click taskbar's button (Like a windows applications).
Each version now stores local paths to distributive file and PAD file. This information used to generate PAD file, check distributive size and can be retrieved by new macros Product.LocalFilePath and Product.LocalPADPath.
It is more correctly cross-refreshing data in windows.
All memo fields now selectable by Ctrl+A
Bug fixed: Too more exceptions in sva.err.
