• Try to download and install latest build from my site. ( www.softilium.com/sp)
• Find your problem definition in this manual.
• Find your problem in "Software-Promoter FAQ" at my site ( www.softilium.com/sp/docs/software-promoter-f-a-q.htm)

If you cannot find solution of your problem, use command "Help/Bug report" and attach sp.err file with letter to me. Describe your trouble as detailed as it possible for you (screenshots is preferable).
